About This Plan

This Cottage house plan is charming and delightful with its lovely exterior and minimal, yet efficient, interior floor plan. The façade features a hip roof, horizontal siding and a wide assortment of varying window views. Multiple entry and exit points are provided; one is the main front entry, the second is located at the side of the home and the third are rear positioned sliders from the kitchen. The main entryway into the home’s interior is highlighted with a covered porch that features open railing, columned beams and a front walk-up staircase. The interior layout is comprised of approximately 973 square feet of living space with an open floor layout, two bedrooms and one bath. The home is situated on a basement foundation so there is the possibility of expansion space either at present or in the future as family needs arise. Perfect for either a narrow and/or small property lot, the home’s dimensions are respectively 32’ plus in width and 32’ depth. Stepping into the home’s interior from the front covered porch, the open concept layout is revealed. There is a large coat closet and the living room is spacious with a plethora of window views. Beyond the staircase, is the kitchen and dining space where generous floor space, plenty of counter and cabinet space as well as dining space is offered. The sliders at the rear are a wonderful addition and could be used to dine alfresco or access the rear yard for entertaining and family fun. There is a laundry nook located in the central hallway before accessing the bath or bedrooms.

The shared hall bath features an extended vanity, a toilet area, garden tub and a separate shower for comfort and convenience. On either side of the bath are the two bedrooms; the front bedroom is the larger of the two, features double window views and wall-to-wall closet space. The back bedroom also offers double window views and plentiful closet space.
